New 48m Displacement Superyacht Sold By Baglietto
Italian shipyard, Baglietto, has reported the sale of a new 48 metre displacement superyacht and it is expected to be ready for delivery some time in 2017 to her Mexican owner. Hull number 10227 will be an extended version of Baglietto’s recently delivered 46 metre Only One.

Italian shipyard Baglietto presents the 44-metre motor yacht Monkini with streamlined, sleek outer lines designed by the design studio of Francesco Paszkowski, while her interiors have been developed by designer Alberto Mancini. Monkini represents the natural evolution of the 44 FAST line, whose first two models were charter yacht Tatiana per Sempre as well as her twin, charter yacht Apache II.

Superyacht Monokini Launched By Baglietto
Famous Italian yard Baglietto launched the motor yacht Monokini, a 44m-long planing mega-yacht, which is the latest vessel born in Baglietto’s family. Monokini superyacht was launched during a private ceremony on Saturday May 4th; she was designed by Francesco Paszkowski with interior by Alberto Mancini. Diego Michele Deprati, CEO of Baglietto commented: ‘Saturday’s launch is a milestone for our shipyard and makes us all extremely proud as it is a tangible sign of the rebirth of this glorious brand.’

Gruppo Baglietto regrets to announce that on Saturday 31st January, hull number C.10202 - the third vessel in this yard’s 53m series - was seriously damaged following a fire on board the yacht while it was in the company’s La Spezia shipyard.
